Roasted baby vegetables

For an editorial story on roasted baby vegetables. This is my favorite kind of assignment where I do the food prep, prop shopping/styling and photography. I made the recipe the first time, photographed it and did it again a few days later modifying the recipe for both taste and how it would photograph. I've uploaded the recipe to my food blog. This was a yummy hearty side dish!
