Just came upon this quote and I love it! 


Last week, I was on vacation. Unfortunately, not the leave town go for an adventure spend lots of money kind of vacation. Nah, furloughs, bills and this economy put the kibosh on that kind of vacation a few years ago.





No, my vacation last week was the, to use the trendy term, staycation. And to be perfectly frank, I rather enjoyed it. I wish it'd been longer than a week.


I was able to get some jewelry made, visit family, play with Photoshop, begin work on a friends wedding decorations, cook and blog about it, shoot tons of product photos, blog stalk my favorite blogs and rest.


The only thing I regret is not getting out on the few days of sunshine to enjoy the warmth and get some new photos shot. Just ran out of time!


Next vacation is in April. Two whole weeks. I'm sure I'll have plenty on my list to do too!
