I admit it was bit odd to be cooking up carne asada at 9:30 in the morning but I had to do the shoot before work and I wanted to work with natural light. 

This is for an upcoming centerpiece in the Food section on tacos. 

Now that I'm posting this, it's making me hungry for tacos all over.
